Tasting Notes

Deep and generous red colour with a dark core. The aromatics reveal red and black fruits with fresh liquorice and black olive notes. The palate is seamless, sophisticated and stylish. Structure and texture weave into a tightly focussed, multi-dimensional continuum. Fine and persistent shaley tannins conspire with bright acidity.

Ageing Potential

This classically structured, beautifully balanced wine has all the finesse and integrity to develop and evolve with careful cellaring. 2015 - 2025.
